CONDITIONS AND SERVICES:

  • Children up to three years free, over and up to the fifth year cost 35% of the price per person in the room
  • Added place exclusively in the two-room apartment at a cost of 65% and in the three-room apartment at a cost of 85% of the daily price per person.
  • Small pets are allowed – (bowls, etc. are the responsibility of the customer)
  • Guest washing machine, for personal clothing, in a special room, €5.00 per wash, hours from 09.00 to 11.00.
  • Outdoor Jacuzzi hydro places n. 4 max, contribution of €3 per token.
  • Reservations: Upon confirmation, a deposit of 30% of the total amount – Balance 7 days before the arrival date.
  • Cancellation Policy: Within 8 days before the arrival date, no charge; from the seventh day before the arrival date or No-Show, the full amount will be charged.
